This release is for DSA8300 series instruments with Windows 7 Operating System. This software will install v6.6.1.1 Oscilloscope Firmware, Differential Channel Alignment application v1.6.2.0, TekVisa v4.0.0.84, and Clock Recovery application v10.11. This distribution also includes installer files for LabView and LabWindows CVI VXI PnP Driver v1.0.0.4, and a Waveform Database Export utility.Notable enhancements include improved ability to make rise and fall time measurements on noisy signals, support for new filter rates that are available in certain optical modules. The following enumerations have been added to programmatic command CH:FILTer:VALue: ENET266PAM4TDECQ (for the Ethernet PAM4 26.5625 GBd signaling rate) and ENET531PAM4TDECQ (for the Ethernet PAM4 53.125 GBd signaling rate). The following data rates have been added to the Pattern Sync and Phase Reference data rate lists as well as the BW drop-down menu: 26.5625G, 53.125G, 57.7999G. The following pattern lengths have been added: 65535 (PRBS/SSPRQ 2^16) and 65536 (PRBS 2^16). Also included in this release are a variety of defect corrections.Please see the Release Notes for a detailed description.

This release of 80SJNB adds a TDECQ option in support of 100 – 400 Gbps, PAM4 signal analysis, with focus on the TDECQ (Transmitter and Dispersion Eye Closure for PAM4) optical measurement.This release of 80SJNB also extends the Jitter, Noise, and BER analysis previously provided for NRZ and PAM4 signaling with additional optical measurements performed in accordance with IEEE standards, such as OMA – Optical Modulation Amplitude for each eye of the PAM4 stack, and the global OMA outer measurement. This release includes Extinction Ratio with a correction factor control to compensate for offsets and drifts and Average Optical Power measurements for PAM4 signals.This new version of 80SJNB also expands the modeling of the Receiver with added optimization methods for the decision thresholds and sampling phases in accordance to IEEE and OIF/CEI standards. 80SJNB link simulation Equalization was enhanced to support PAM4 signaling, with focus on the optimization of the TDECQ measurements.As before, the PAM4 option builds on the Advanced option, and supports comprehensive analysis on PAM4 signals.80SJNB Essential provides Jitter, Noise and BER analysis for NRZ signals. TCS70902 Signal Source:Combined with SignalCorrect™ software the TCS70902 provides an easy to use solution that enables you to quickly characterize and de-embed interconnects under test for more accurate measurement and analysis.The TCS70902 Differential Calibration Source provides:• Dual ≤9 ps step outputs on 1.85 mm female connectors• Dual 5 GHz sine wave outputs phase matched to less than 1 ps on 2.92 mm female connectors• Small form factor enables placement closer to IUT• Can be used as a generic source for other applications such as deskewing oscilloscope inputs• Programmatic interface to o Turn the sine and the step outputs on/off o Control the polarity of the step outputs o Check the status of the outputs o Control the output parameters like the delay, offset and levelVersion 33 of the FW for the TCS70902 fixes a bug which causes a timeout which requires frequent reboots. This fix has been tested. PREREQUISITES:Signal Correct Software or SDLA
